Born in Thomasville, AL, Mrs. Hartzog was the daughter of Georgie Ann Pope and the late Jimmy Roger Phillips, Sr. She was of the Baptist faith and preceded in death by grandparents and two twin sisters.
Survivors in addition to her mother include son, Matthew Cummings, Maysville; daughter, Priscilla Mullinax, Maysville; brother, Jimmy Roger Phillips, Jr., Thomasville, AL; sisters, Sue Lofton, Nicholson, Wendy Gail Thompson, Thomasville, AL; Greatgrandchild, Joziah Kyle Young.
