Harold Thomas Phillips

Harold Thomas Phillips, age 75 of Nicholson, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020 peacefully at his residence surrounded by loved ones.

Born on April 17, 1945 in Danielsville, Georgia. Harold was the son of the late Harrison Phillips and Gladys Bennett Waters. He was retired from Harmony Grove Mill, Commerce, Georgia. He was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Varner.

He is also survived by his significant other, Debra Johnson; a son, Thomas “Tommy” Phillips; a daughter, Pam Edwards (Timmy); six brothers, Perry, Terry, Jerry, Daryl, Denver and David Phillips; and three sisters, Joyce Phillips, Sylvia Brock and Christine Weeks. Grandchildren, Zachary Edwards, Tanesha McNabb and T.J. Phillips. Great-grandchild, Caiden Edwards.

Funeral Services will be 11 AM Friday, Aug. 28, 2020 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Griffin officiating. Burial will follow at Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 4 to 8 PM.
