Hilda (Brown) Heaton

Hilda ‘Momma’ Heaton, 84, of Danielsville, entered into her heavenly home the morning of Sunday, September 3, 2023, with her daughter by her side.

She was the daughter of the late Mollie and Jess Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Heaton. Survivors include daughter Tricia Adams (Ted) of Danielsville.

She was the worlds greatest cake baker, jelly maker, stitch creator and friend. Over the past 19 years, she donated over 20 cakes each year to the Danielsville Volunteer Fire Department to aide in their chicken mull fundraising event. She also loved to bake cakes for family and friends including Gina Belles Restaurant.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 5pm Sunday, September 24 at Gilead Baptist Church, Danielsville.
