Richard "Rick" Louis Youngblood

Richard “Rick” Louis Youngblood, age 65 of Pendergrass, GA passed away on September 10, 2023.

Born on July 3, 1958 in Panama City, FL, Mr. Youngblood was the son of Mary E. “Beth” Youngblood and the late Virgil C. Youngblood, Sr. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Virgil C. Youngblood, III.

Mr. Youngblood graduated Georgia Institute of Technology in 1987 and spent much of his career in engineering roles including many years at Honeywell. He loved boating on Lake Hartwell with his wife and their dog.

He is survived by the love of his life and wife of 27 years, Cheryl Youngblood; children, Richard Youngblood, David (Elizabeth) Youngblood, Renee (Caleb) Campbell, Jason (Danielle) Ford, Scott (Emily) Ford; brothers and sisters, Jimmy (Becky) Youngblood, Buddy (Susan) Youngblood Katrina (Paul) Ensminger, Martha (Frank) Phillips, Randy Youngblood, Mary (Jack) Allen, Bobby (Roberta) Youngblood, Rachel (Kevin) Madden; grandchildren, Robert (Meredith) Ford, Logan (Hannah) Ford, Mason Ford, Justin Ford, Harrison Ford, Colleen and Declan Youngblood; great-grandchildren, Baylor Wade Ford and Brooks Lee Ford; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
