Alma P. Underwood

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces the death of Mrs. Alma Prather Underwood, 69, of Commerce who passed away on Tuesday, July 12, at the NE Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville. Mrs. Underwood, a homemaker, was born in Clarke County, GA and was married to JB Underwood of the residence. Other survivors include her children, Sandie Shubert of Comer, Scottie Underwood of Fayetteville, Kathy Arwood, Trina Spinks, Cindy Baugh, Jack Spinks, Todd Underwood and Ricky Underwood, all of Commerce; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren. No memorial services are scheduled for Mrs. Underwood at this time.
