Austin Lee Fontes, age 17 of Commerce, GA passed away on Thursday, Sept. 9, 2021.
Born on Sept. 28, 2003, he was the son of David Denton and Tonia Clark Hudson Fontes. Austin was a senior at Banks County High School.
Survivors in addition to his parents include brothers, Benjamin Gene Hudson and fiancé Kristen Elliott, Bobby Alan Hudson, Robert Logen Hudson; grandparents, Jackie Denton, Dean Walker, Randall and Barbara Clark; and a nephew, Dean Cliff Hudson.
Memorial services will be held at 2 pm on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Duane Eller officiating. The family will receive friends 2-7 pm Sunday and 11 am until time of the service Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at 1 pm on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021 at Hickory Flat Methodist Church Cemetery, Lula, GA.
