Barbara Gail Murfin Brown 61 of Jefferson died Saturday Nov. 30, 2013. She was the daughter of the late W.C. and Minnie Evelyn Leachman Baker. She is survived by her husband Terry Lee Brown of the home,a son Tyler Dewitt Brown of Stockbridge, 2 daughters Melissa Candice Murfin McNabb of Clearwater, Fla, Tiffany Roxanne Brown of Swannee, Ga., 5 brothers Bill Baker of Athens, Danny Baker of Colbert, Guy Baker and Jerry Baker of Maysville, and Terry Baker of Homer. 2 Sisters also survive Deborah Lavender and Mary Vickery both Athens, Ga. 3 Grandchilden also survive.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday from the Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Williams officiating with burial in the Ridgeway Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 to 9 PM.
