Ivie Funeral Home announces services for Bernice Crane Edwards, 84, of Maysville who died on Tuesday at the St. Mary's Hospice House in Bogart. Born in Maysville, she was the daughter of the late Jim and Ella Mae Presley Crane and was the widow of Dewey Edwards. Survivors include a daughter, Ruby (Buddy) Stockton of Commerce; siblings, Howard Crane and Jimmy Crane, both of Maysville, Edgar Crane of Nevada, Margie Drake of Arcade, Gladys Etris of Maysville and Eva Guidry of Dunwoody; grandchildren, Jamie Shackford of FL and Heather Stockton of Commerce; great grandchildren, Owen, Ryleigh and Raegan Shackford of FL. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 2 PM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Center Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6-8 PM.
