Billy Ray Gillespie, age 84 of Commerce, GA passed away Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019 at his residence.

Born on Oct. 7, 1935 in Oconee County, Mr. Gillespie was the son of the late Thomas C. and Dainty Fowler Gillespie.

Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Lynn Slusher Gillespie of the residence.

A memorial service will be held in South Carolina at a later date.
