Bonnie Wendell Green

Bonnie Wendell Green passed away Thursday April 30 , 2015. He was the son of the late Arley Gadsden and Ina Westbrook Green and had retired from the Internal Revenue Service. He was a World Ward II Veteran where he received the Bronze Star. Survivors include his wife Genora Freeman Green of Commerce, 2 daughters Glenda Martindale of Goldsboro, N.C. and Linda Barclay of Westfield, Wi. 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren also survive. Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 1 PM from the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Morris officiating with internment in Laurelwood Cemetery in Doraville, Ga. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Tuesday from 12 Noon until the funeral hour.
