Carbet Lee Bingham

Mr. Carbet Lee Bingham, age 77 of Toccoa, GA passed away Saturday March 13, 2021, at his residence following a short illness.

Born on April 10, 1943 in Haysville, NC, Mr. Bingham was the son of the late Lee Calvin and Ida Nation Bingham.

He is survived by his daughter, Glenda Sue Elrod (Buddy); sister, Cordy Long; four grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren will carry on his legacy.

Mr. Bingham was also proceeded in death by his wife Edna Mae (Russell) Bingham; brother, Otis Bingham; sisters; Estelle Mannie, Rose Duncan, Fannie Bell, and Louise Ramey.

A funeral service will be held Monday March 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce. Visitation will be on the same day from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. Mr. Bingham will be laid to rest at Jackson Memorial Park following the service.
