Catherine Ann Smith

Catherine Ann Smith, a beloved homemaker, departed from this world on June 17, 2024, in Blairsville, Georgia. She was born on December 17, 1962, in Houston, Texas, to Salvatore DeJoseph and Mavis (Plourde) DeJoseph.

Catherine dedicated her life to creating a warm and loving home for her family. As a high school graduate, she embraced the role of a homemaker with grace and unwavering devotion. Her nurturing spirit touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jessie Smith, who stood by her side through thick and thin. Catherine also leaves behind her sons: Joey (Santa) Cook, Eric (Rebecca) Matais, Kevin (Ada) Conley, and David Cook. Her brother, Joseph DeJoseph, mourns the loss of his dear sister.

In addition to her immediate family, Catherine is remembered fondly by her twelve grandchildren. Her legacy of love and care will continue to live on through them.
