Mr. Charles Leonard Patat, Sr., age 63 of Colbert, GA, died February 15, 2015 at his residence.
He was born in Macon, GA, son of the late James Clifford and Ellen Margareet Shelton Patat, Sr. He was a retired US Air Force and US Army Vietnam Veteran and retired Security worker with Certainteed Corp.
He is survived by his wife, Alberta Brink Patat, a son, Charles Patat, Jr. of the home, a daughter Albertina (Gregory) Brown, Athens; 3 Brothers, James Patat, Ind., Robert Patat, Colbert and Mark Patat, Wrightville; one sister, Geneva Patat Brown, Colbert; and 1 grandchild Kevin Ferguson.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, Feb. 21 at the Ivie Funeral Home, Danielsville with burial to follow at the Danielsville Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday 6-9 pm at the funeral home.
