Christine Milford Minor

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces services for Christine Milford Minor, 95, of Commerce who passed away on Wednesday at the Northridge Rehab Center. Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Maude Langston Milford and was the widow of M.L. Minor. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Agnes Waddell. Survivors include her daughters, Beatrice and William Fitzpatrick of Cornelia and Brenda Carlan of Commerce, 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday at 11 AM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Payne officiating. Interment will follow in the Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6-8 PM and at other times at the home of Chris Carlan; 8682 Jefferson Rd. in Commerce.
