Christopher Michael Tavares, age 31 of Commerce, GA passed away on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021.
Born on Jan. 16, 1990 in Rome, GA, Mr. Tavares was the son of Tom and Deborah Peacock. He was known for his contagious laugh, unflinching kindness, and unwavering authenticity. He is remembered through his humor and giving spirit.
Survivors in addition to his parents include his loving wife, Jordyn Tavares, and three fur babies: Eevee, Zelda and Butters.
A memorial service will be held 11 am Saturday, Jan. 15, 2021 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 10 am until the funeral hour Saturday at the funeral home.
