Danny Paul Brown

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces services for Danny Paul Brown, age 51, of Homer who passed away on Sunday June 1st, 2014. Mr. Brown was the son of the late Arthur Brown and Thelma Carlan Brown. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lynn Brown. Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Tracy Brown of Maysville; son, Frankie (Amanda) Paul Brown of Gainesville; daughters, Brandy Brown and April Brown both of Maysville; brother, Kenny Lee Mitchell of Homer; stepchildren, Scotty (Rose) Farlow of Alabama, Kimberly Garner, James Garner and Blake Garner; and seven grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday June 5th, 2014 from 7 PM until 9 PM. Services will be held at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church on Friday June 6th, 2014 at 3 PM with Rev. Gene Carlan and Rev. Jeremy Carlan officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
