Mr. Donald Lee Denton, Age 68 of Commerce, GA passed away on July 6th, 2023. Born on July 12th, 1954 in Austell, GA to the late Edgar Lee Denton and the late Eberta Hooten Denton, Mr. Denton was a self-employed auto mechanic and was of the Baptist faith.

Along with his parents, Mr. Denton is preceded in death by brother, David Denton, and sisters, Betty Lou Aaron and Brenda Teet.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Denton, sons, Donnie (Lindsey) Denton, Chris (Missie) Denton, Daughters, Brandi (Daniel) Compton, Billie (Michael) Sambuco. Brother, David Motes, sisters, Janie Bowles, and Linda Casper. 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren also survive.

Memorial Services for Mr. Denton will be held on Monday, July 10th, 2023 at 2:00PM from the Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chad Rising officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday July 10th, 2023 at the funeral beginning at 12:00PM until the funeral hour.
