Dorinda Hall

Dorinda Hall, born on June 21, 1956, in Staten Island, NY, peacefully passed away on January 15, 2025, in Athens, GA. She was a beloved member of her family and a respected figure in her professional life, known for her tenure at Roper Pump, where she dedicated many years of her career.

Dorinda, whose maiden name was DeWaters, was a woman of strength, integrity, and kindness. She brought warmth and laughter into the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. As a daughter, sister, and mother, she cherished her family deeply and created a nurturing environment filled with love and support.

She is survived by her two sons, Eric Hall (and his wife, Erika) and Matthew Hall, who remember her as an unwavering source of encouragement and inspiration. Her legacy also includes her grandson, John Hall, who will carry forward the values and lessons he learned from his devoted grandmother.

In addition to her immediate family, Dorinda shared close bonds with her sister, Deann DeWaters, and her brothers, Arthur DeWaters and Thomas DeWaters. Their childhood memories and shared experiences provide a testament to her loving spirit and the cherished times they spent together.

Dorinda was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Marium Moerlins DeWaters, as well as her brothers Don DeWaters, Michael Dewaters, and Raymond DeWaters. They not only shaped her life but also set the foundation for the close-knit family values she upheld throughout her lifetime.
