Doris Ann (Colquitt) Whitehead

Doris Ann Colquitt Whitehead, age 61 of Danielsville, GA passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023.

Born on Sept. 23, 1961 in Athens, GA, Mrs. Whitehead was the daughter of the late Joe “Mutt” and Willie Jo Weaver Colquitt. She retired from Superior Pants, of the Baptist faith, and was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Jo Colquitt; brothers, Larry Colquitt, Steve Colquitt, Michael Colquitt, and Jerry Colquitt.

Survivors include a son, Scott Whitehead; daughter, Jessica Ann Caudell; brothers, Ronnie Colquitt, David Colquitt, Tony Colquitt; and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm Monday, May 8, 2023 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Collier Baptist Church. The family will receive friends 12 pm until the funeral hour Monday at the funeral home.
