Ivie Funeral Home announces services for Frankie Dianne Looney 56 of Winterville, Ga. who died Sunday May 15, 2011. Survivors include her son Shane Looney of Winterville, 2 daughters Penny Jackson of Winterville Shelby Looney of Athens. A sister Jessie Artist of Colbert. Seven grandchildren Dereck Looney, Matthew Looney, Jeffery Cowart, Kelsey Looney, Brittani Cowart, Joshua Looney and Ansley Looney. Funeral Services will be Thursday at 2:30 PM from the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Hoggs officiating with burial in the Athens Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Tuesday and Wednesday from 1 to 9 PM.
