Golden O. Crocker

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces services for Golden O. Crocker, age 88 of Commerce, who passed away on Tuesday December 10th, 2013 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Homer and Lenore Owenby. Survivors include her son, William K. (Susan) Crocker of Commerce; sister, Inez Allen of Commerce; grandchildren, Tim (Breesa) Crocker of Commerce, Karen (Jerry) Petty of Hull and Jennie (Don Johnson) Smith of Jefferson; eight great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Crocker. The family would like to extend a special thanks to friend and caregiver Emma Nell Henderson. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday December 12th, 2013 from 1 - 3 PM. The service will be held in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home on Thursday December 12th, 2013 at 3 PM. Interment will follow at Grey Hill Cemetery. Rev. David Harbin and Rev. Larry Montgomery will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Madison Street Children and Youth Ministry.
