Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces services for Janie Lee Ballenger, 76, of Carnesville who passed away early Saturday morning at the Northridge Medical Center in Commerce. Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Johnny and Lelia Loftis Wilson and was also preceded in death by a son, James Ralph Ballenger. Survivors include her husband, Ralph James Ballenger of the residence, a daughter, Betty Ballenger Collins of Carnesville, 4 grandchilden, 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday at 2 PM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with interment following in the Murray Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 6-9 PM.
