Jessie Louise Pruitt, age 76 of Commerce, GA passed away on Monday, Jan. 25, 2021.

Born on Nov. 3, 1944 in Carnesville, GA, Mrs. Pruitt was the daughter of the late Jessie Luther and Clemmie Andrews Bell. She was the widow of Jerry W. Pruitt and was a textile worker with Grady Garment.

Survivors include her sisters, Gladys Gary, Commerce, Agnes Bennett, Ila, Brenda Segars, Commerce; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jason Long and Rev. Scott Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Scott Carlan, Blake Carlan, Paul Jones, Matt Eason, Michael Fulbright, John Seagers; honorary pallbearers will be Cody Jones and Cody Fulbright.
