John Harvey Smith

Rev John Harvey Smith 91 of Dawsonville died March 28, 2015 at his residence . He is survived by his wife Brenda Smith of the home, brother and sister in law Ronald and Emelita Young of Dawsonville, and special friends Cicero and Cita Odom. Seven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his first wife Lois Smith, two sons J.B. and Billy Smith and one grandson Chris Smith. Funeral Services will be 2:30 P.M. Tuesday from the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Lester Haynes, Rev. Jimmy Payne, Rev. Bob Garrett and Rev .Jeff Gailey officiating. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Monday from 2 PM until 9 PM.
