Juana Mendoza (Leon) Leon

Juana Mendoza Leon, age 94 of Commerce, GA passed away on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020.

Born on June 24, 1926 in San Antonio, De Los Libres, Guerreo, Mexico, Mrs. Leon was the daughter of the late Fransico Leõn and Porfiria Mendoza. She was the widow of Sabino Ayala, a self-employed merchant, and of the Catholic faith; and is preceded in death by sons, Leobardo Ayala, Santiago Ayala, Lino Alaya, and a brother, Sabas Valvuenas.

Survivors include a daughter, Isabel Ayala; 26 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

Funeral Vigil will be held 4 PM Sunday, Dec. 6, 2020 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Pablo Perez officiating. Burial will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends noon until time of the service Sunday at the funeral home.
