Mr. Parham is survived by his father, Tim Parham; mother, Denise Heaton; son, Kyle Parham; brother, Harley Heaton; and sister, Tracy Parham Sewell. The family will receive friends at Ivie Funeral Home, Madison County Chapel, on Wednesday March 5th, 2014 from noon until 2 PM. Services will be held at 2 PM following the visitation.
