Lettie Chambers, age 72, of Nicholson passed away Friday, Sept. 11, 2015.
Ms. Chambers was the daughter of the late Harry E. and Ruby Alma Gunter Holloman and is preceded in death by a brother, William E. Holloman and sister, Helen Bailey. She was a retired Control Board Operator with Reliance Electric.
Survivors include her husband, Paul "David" Chambers of the residence; 2 sons, Tony M. Kidd, Comer, Terry (Linda) Kidd, Carlton; 3 sisters, Martha (George) Fortson, Athens, Frances King, Carlton, Harriette Holloman, Crawford; 5 brothers, John C. Holloman, Belton, SC, Walter A. Holloman, McAlpine, FL, Bobby Holloman and Jimmy Holloman, both of Crawford, George A. (Linda) Holloman, Hull; grandchildren, Kelly D. Kidd, Crawford, Trent D. Kidd, Jefferson; great-grandchildren, Ethan L. Bray and Kayden C. Kidd; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 3 pm Sunday September 13, 2015 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Terry Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Carlton Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday September 12 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
