Ivie Funeral Home announces memorial services for Linda M. Pruitt, 63, of Covington who passed away at her residence on Thursday. Born in Commerce, she was the daughter of Alma C. Pruitt of Commerce and the late William Gartrell Pruitt. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Pruitt. Survivors, along with her mother, include her sons, Chad Pruitt of Commerce and Thad Pruitt of Homer; a sister, Gail Seabolt of Dahlonega; a brother, William Frank Pruitt of Danielsville; 6 grandchildren; nieces and nephews. The body was cremated and memorial services are scheduled for Monday at 11 AM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Pruitt officiating.
