Mary Bob Griffeth

Ivie Funeral Home, Madison County Chapel in Danielsville, announces the death of Mrs. Mary Bob Griffeth, 81, of Danielsville who passed away early Friday morning at her residence. Born in Danielsville, she was the daughter of the late Robert Paul and Evie Lou Mann Burroughs and was the widow of Richard Roy Griffeth. Mrs. Griffeth was a former councilwoman with the City of Danielsville. Survivors include her children, Robin Griffeth of Danielsville, Doug (Patty) Griffeth of Bethlehem, Don Griffeth of Colbert and Bob Griffeth of Danielsville; 5 grandchildren; sisters, Virginia Thomas of Conyers and Betty Zellers of St. Augustine, FL. Memorial services are scheduled for Sunday afternoon at 3 PM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home in Danielsville located at 42 Booger Hill Rd. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 PM until the time of service. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society or to the charity of one's choice.
