Myrtle Ruth Lawson

Myrtle Ruth Worley Lawson, a dedicated homemaker, peacefully passed away on August 13, 2024, in Nicholson, GA, at the age of 83. She was born on January 2, 1941, in Homer, GA to the late Ruben Otha and Carie Davison Worley.

Myrtle's life will be honored and celebrated during a Graveside Service scheduled for August 15, 2024, at 1:30 PM at Jackson Memorial Gardens in Commerce, Georgia. The service will be a poignant moment for family and friends to come together and pay their respects.

Her time with us, Myrtle was a beacon of love and kindness to all who knew her. She touched the hearts of many with her caring nature and unwavering support. Myrtle's legacy will live on in the memories of those she leaves behind. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Lawson; and eight brothers and sisters. Their memories will forever be cherished and their spirits will continue to guide and watch over those who loved them.

Myrtle is survived by her sister, Mildred Greene. 

As we mourn the loss of Myrtle, let us take solace in the knowledge that she is now at peace, surrounded by the eternal love and light of those who have gone before her. May her gentle soul rest in tranquility, forever remembered with love and reverence.
