Ivie Funeral Home announces the death of Ms. Nola Fowler Seagraves, age 65, of Commerce who passed away at her residence on Sept. 11th. Ms. Seagraves transferred to Commerce from Momence, IL in 1972 to work with the Baker and Taylor Co. where she was still employed.
Ms. Seagraves was born in Hazel Crest, IL to the late Robert Fowler and the late Mary Egebrecht Fowler and was also predeceased by two sisters, Lorraine Webb and Trudy Weisbecker. She is survived by special friend, Angie Dorsey of Commerce, one brother, Robert (Fern) Fowler of Bluffton, SC and three sisters, Carolyn Fowler of Momence, Il, Brenda (Randy) Ekhoff of Grant Park, Il, and Faith Voss of Bourbonnais, Il.
Services will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at 4 PM in the Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Murray officiating. The family will receive friends in the funeral home on Saturday evening, September 13, 2014 from 6 to 9 PM.
