Opel Carlan (Carlan) Martin

Opel Carlan Martin 48 of Elberton passed away Nov. 5, 2019.  She was the daughter of the late Fred and Grace Vaughn Carlan. Survivors include a son Harley Shadrick of Commerce, 2 brothers Mike and Freddie Carlan both of Homer.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Fred, Larry and Kenneth Carlan.  The family will receive friends at Ivie Funeral Home Saturday afternoon from 4 to 6 PM
