Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces services for Peggy Ann Smallwood Whisnant, age 72, of Winterville. She was the daughter of the late Frank Smallwood and the late Helen Irene Hood Barnett. Survivors include her brother William (Angie) Barnett of Winterville and 2 nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday November 26th, 2013 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at 1 PM the day of the service. Rev. Lee Ritchie will be officiating.
