Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces services for Rosario Catalano, age 97, of Homer, GA who passed away on Friday, January 31st, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Catalano was the son of the late Dominick and Clelia Catalano. He is survived by his wife, Gladys Bell Catalano of the home; son, Dominick Antone Catalano of Sanford, NC; daughters, Clara Kathleen Lurz of Coram, NY, Roseann Helen Turner of Homer, GA; step-daughter, Rebecca Ann Gary of Commerce, GA; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday February 2nd, 2014 from 2 PM until
3 PM, the service will be held in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home following the visitation. After the service, the body will be shipped to Seldin, NY for further services and entombment.
