Ruth Lewallen Lawson

Ivie Funeral Home announces the passing of Mrs. Ruth Lewallen Lawson, age 88, of Decatur, Ga. who passed away on Saturday, May16, 2015. Mrs. Lawson was the daughter of the late John Wilmont Lewallen and the late Maude Caudell Lewallen and was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Lawson. Mrs. Lawson is survived by one daughter, Peggy Williams of Atlanta, and one grandchild, Nikki Williams of Atlanta. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 from the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home at 2PM in the afternoon. The family will receive friends one hour before the service.
