Hugh "Ted" Shelnut, 52, of 78 Moons Grove Church Rd., Colbert, GA passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014.
Mr. Shelnut is survived by his wife Susan Brown Shelnut of the residence; 3 daughters, Crystal (Daniel) Shelnut Newton, Colbert, Patsy Donald, Colbert, Melissa Seymour, Stephens, GA; mother-in-law, Flora Palmer Brown, Colbert; 4 grandsons, Tyler, Austin and Blake Wyatt, and Hunter Donald.
Graveside Services will be held at 2 pm Saturday, July 26 at Moons Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Marty Dockery, Larry Tiller, Tony Shubert, David Betts, Andy Bryant, Allen Reynolds, Tyler and Austin Wyatt. Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Moon, Dwayne Bryant and David White.
Visitation will be 6-8 pm Friday, July 25 at the funeral home.
Ivie Funeral Home, Danielsville is in charge of the arrangements.
