Thomas Harold Pruitt

Ivie Funeral Home announces services for Thomas Harold Pruitt, 44, of Gillsville who died on Tuesday evening in Augusta. Born in Commerce, he was the son of LaJane Ervin of Gillsville and the late Harold Pruitt. Survivors, along with his mother, include a daughter, Kayla Pruitt of Monroe; his father, Johnny Ervin of the residence; ; sister, Misty Phillips of Homer; a brother, Johnathan Ervin of Gillsville and a half brother, Bruce Pruitt. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 2 PM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Revs. Donald Wilson and Eddie Gordon officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6-8 PM and at other times at the family residence located at 6216 Wilson Dr. in Gillsville.
