Ivie Funeral Home, Madison County Chapel in Danielsville, announces services for Tonya Marie McElhannon Chandler, 37, who passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at her residence. Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of Cornelius McElhannon of Colbert and the late Patricia Cox McElhannon. Other survivors include her husband, Raymond Chandler of the residence and a twin brother, Tommy Lee McElhannon of Blairsville. Mrs. Chandler was cremated and memorial services will be conducted on Sunday, February 9th from the Cornerstone Church of God in Athens at 5 PM. The family will receive friends at that time.
