William Howell Bray

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces services for William Howell Bray, 58, of Martin who passed away at the Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center on Monday. Born in Franklin County, he was the son of Johnnie Lou Kitchens Jarrard of Eastanollee and the late James Lloyd Bray. Along with his mother, survivors include his children, William Lloyd Bray of Toccoa, and Christy Lynn Bray of Martin; siblings, Lewis Lee Bray and James Paul Bray, both of Eastanollee, Lester Bray of Toccoa, Virginia Dale Cheek of Commerce, Carol Langston of Orlando, FL and Brenda Gail Carter of Homer; 5 grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday at 2 PM from the Gordon Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Marcus and Rev. Gerald Roach officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday and Thursday from 6-9 PM.
