William K. (Buddy) Wright

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces memorial services for William Keith "Buddy" Wright, 22, of Commerce who passed away at his residence on Saturday. Born in Royston, he was the son of Lisa and Jerry Nix of Commerce and David K. Wright of Royston. Other survivors include grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Swain Bruce of Pendergrass, Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Fortson of Aiken, SC and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Brooks of Danielsville, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas C. Wright of Royston; sisters, Casey Couch of Commerce, Ashley Wright of Athens and Kelley Wright of Danielsville; step-brothers, John Nix of Homer and Danny Nix of Jefferson; uncles, Sgt. W.R. Fortson, Jr. and Donald Wright; a number of nieces and nephews. Memorial services are scheduled for Monday at 2 PM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from noon until the time of service.
