Buddie Boyd Shaver

Ivie Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Buddie Boyd Shaver, age 73, of Maysville, who passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Athens Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Shaver was the son of the late Lonnie Green Shaver and the Late Lula Lefler Shaver.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Frick Shaver, of the home, one son, Bradley Shaver of Commerce, 2 daughters, Vivian Newberry of Commerce, and Wanda Templeton of Nicholson, one sister, Margie Clup, of Norwood, NC, nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren also survive.
Services for Mr. Shaver will be held on Wednesday March 2, 2016 at 2PM from the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Mr. David Templeton officiating. Burial will be in the Grey Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-8PM.
